Common topics
Subscription & billing: manage, cancel, or update your Pro plan from Settings → Plan → Manage subscription. This opens the secure Stripe billing portal where you can change cards, switch monthly/annual, or cancel.
Account deletion: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account, or see the dedicated account deletion page for full instructions and a request form if you can't log in.
Export your data: Settings → Export. Download a JSON backup of everything tied to your account.
Bug report: the in-app Contact Support form (Settings → Contact Support) auto-attaches diagnostic info that helps us reproduce.
